			Saba Oil & Gas Company Limited was established in1999, with the objective of Investment in Exploration, Development and Marketing of Oil & Gas and all related or connected activities.

			Saba Oil & Gas Company Limited partners with Occidental Yemen Sabatain Inc. (Occidental Petroleum Corporation - USA) in Block 20, which is located between the governorates of Marib & Shabwa in the Republic of Yemen and partners with Oil Search Middle East Limited (Oil Search Limited - Australia) & SiPetrol - Chile in Block 35, located at Masila (south of Yemen).













			Block 20, which contains approximately 500,000 acres is located in the heart of the prolific prodcution (currently 160,000 barrels of oil per day) operated by Yemen Hunt Oil Company. Cumalative production from this area is projected to approach 1.0 billion barrels by the end of 2005.



			Saba Oil and Gas Company Limited is also studying and evaluating other blocks in the Republic of Yemen.
